I have had the pleasure of working with Mohammed on a recent SAP greenfield implementation at Stichd (PUMA Group). Mohammed was the training and change lead and was responsible for delivering the Train the trainer scope of the programme. I was impressed with his ability to communicate with all the different stakeholders within the business and also within the SAP functional teams. Thanks to his extensive background in SAP and in change he was able to create a detailed training and change strategy that was approved and signed off by the Project Management Office (PMO) team. He made what could be complex material—such as Investment Appraisal Techniques (NPV/IRR) and Financial Controls—incredibly easy to understand through clear examples and is a truly great storyteller. The quality of the training was evident in the excellent exercises. These weren’t just simple quizzes; the scenarios, like the Capital Rationing Challenge and the Control Failure Scenario, were structured to require a presentation, forcing me to articulate financial concepts as strategic arguments. Crucially, the content felt highly customised to my current position, making the learning immediately applicable. I had the pleasure of working with Mohammed on a programme at BAE and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any SAP training / management roles. Mohammed initially joined the BAE programme to support the Business Resourcing Planning workstream, however, during his time on the programme he worked with various work streams and training team members to help them achieve their deadlines and targets. This is testament to his work ethic and his adaptable, and personable approach, which saw him quickly became an integral part of the training team.
Technically he demonstrated excellent and extensive SAP knowledge, across various modules, and was willing to develop new skills and knowledge on areas he was not as familiar with in order to complete deliverables.
He shared this knowledge and experience with the training management teams, providing key information to help shape and define a training programme and curriculum that would meet the business needs.
