There are three core accredited pathways, with BTI® credentials offered exclusively within our Enterprise Transformation pillar.

Enterprise Transformation (BTI® Credentials)

All frameworks within this pillar are fully governed and validated by BTI®:

  • 4-Hour Sprints (BTI® Associate): Focused on rapid operational deployment, including Generative AI for project teams and initial SAP S/4HANA adoption.
  • 8-Hour Masterclasses (BTI® Practitioner): Advanced technical competence focusing on business process mapping, corporate adoption, and operational excellence.
  • 21-Hour Immersions (BTI® Executive Specialist): Intensive 3-day strategic programmes designed for executives managing financial strategy, risk governance, and enterprise-wide process optimisation.

Professional Growth
(BTA Certificates)

Administered directly by the Bletchley Transformation Academy, these practical upskilling tracks focus on core commercial capabilities and independent development. These programmes award a standard BTA Completion Certificate upon conclusion:

  • Language Track: Fluency-building programmes, including foundational business French and dedicated Secure English Language Test (SELT) preparation pathways.
  • Business Track: Practical masterclasses engineered for digital commerce, corporate communication, and independent publishing methodologies.
