  • Financial Transaction Data: Includes secure billing history, invoices, and payment confirmations verifying your training investments (ranging from £240 to £2,995, plus applicable VIP packages). Where delegates purchase the BTI™ Executive VIP Upgrade Package, this data also includes booking details, scheduling dates, and transactional records related to third-party hotel and corporate hospitality coordination.

2. How We Use Your Data

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a premium educational experience, specifically for:

  • Internal record-keeping, student administration, and full compliance with UK corporate tax and auditing frameworks. 
  • Course delivery, progress tracking, internal quality assurance (IQA) audits, and the issuance of verifiable digital credentials and certifications. 
  • Booking support and administrative management with external awarding or partner bodies (such as Trinity College London). 
  • Periodically sending promotional emails about new transformation insights, masterclasses, or course updates, provided you have explicitly opted in via our un-ticked registration check boxes.
