1. Structure of the Agreement

This document sets out the commercial terms and conditions governing the purchase of educational services, training courses, and preparation masterclasses from The Bletchley Transformation Academy Ltd (trading as Bletchley Transformation Academy or BTA). By submitting an enrolment form, registering for a course, or completing an e-commerce transaction on https://bletchleyta.com/ you enter into a legally binding contract with us based on these terms.

2. Nature of Service and Examination Frameworks

  • Preparation Services Only: BTA is an independent, private training provider. We design and deliver training frameworks, intensive preparation masterclasses, and educational acceleration materials to assist delegates in preparing for external examinations, specifically including Secure English Language Tests (SELT) and IELTS tracks.
  • No Status as an Official Test Venue: BTA is not an official test centre, does not conduct official Home Office examinations on-site, does not issue visas, and does not operate as an immigration consultancy.
  • No Guarantee of External Pass: While our masterclasses are designed to maximize examination execution, achieving a passing grade, completing homework assignments, or demonstrating progress within a BTA course does not guarantee a passing grade in external official examinations administered by third-party awarding bodies (such as Trinity College London or MTS).
  • Exclusion of Third-Party Fees: Course fees paid to BTA cover instructional delivery, diagnostic evaluation, and proprietary training materials only. External examination booking fees levied by official testing centres or awarding bodies are entirely separate and remain the sole financial responsibility of the delegate.

3. Admission Gatekeeper & The BTA Diagnostic Intake Test

  • Conditional Enrolment: Acceptance into high-level, intensive tracks, specifically the 6-Week IELTS Masterclass is strictly conditional upon the delegate demonstrating an appropriate baseline linguistic competence.
  • The Diagnostic Test: Prior to course commencement, delegates must complete the 15-Minute BTA Diagnostic Intake Test administered by our instructional staff.
  • Refusal and Redirection Rights: BTA reserves the absolute right to refuse direct entry into premium intensive exam tracks if a candidate’s baseline diagnostic score indicates they are highly unlikely to achieve their target tier within the course duration. In such instances, BTA will offer to pivot and credit the delegate’s fee toward an alternative foundational track, such as the BTA GESE Conversational Accelerator, to establish the necessary linguistic foundation first.

4. Fees, Payments, and All-Inclusive Pricing

  • Transparent Fees: All course prices advertised on our platform are clear and all-inclusive of core classroom delivery, proprietary study materials, and administrative onboarding. BTA does not levy hidden application processing, fast-track, or registration fees.
  • Payment Gateways: Full payment or an explicitly agreed, authorized corporate purchase order must be processed and cleared through our secure payment gateway prior to a delegate being granted access to physical classroom sessions at Challenge House or any accompanying digital learning management systems.

5. Cancellation, Postponement, and Refund Policy

  • The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers who book services online have a right to cancel their booking within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund.
  • Exclusion Upon Commencement: In accordance with UK consumer law, the right to cancel and receive a refund is explicitly waived and expires the moment our services begin with your consent. For the purposes of this contract, services are deemed to have commenced immediately upon the occurrence of any of the following events within the 14-day window:
    1. The delegate sits the 15-Minute BTA Diagnostic Intake Test.
    2. Digital course materials, prep packs, or access credentials to online modules are dispatched or accessed by the learner.
    3. The first scheduled classroom or hybrid session of the cohort begins.
  • Non-Attendance Policy: BTA operates lean, high-intensity, fixed-capacity cohorts. If a delegate fails to attend a scheduled face-to-face masterclass session at Challenge House due to personal schedule conflicts, work commitments, or illness, the session is forfeited. BTA and its freelance instructional staff owe no obligation to provide 1-to-1 catch-up sessions, partial refunds, or course fee roll-overs for missed contact hours.

6. Attendee Code of Conduct and Right to Expel

Delegates are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative standard of conduct when attending face-to-face sessions at Challenge House or interacting within digital cohorts. BTA reserves the right to immediately suspend or expel any delegate from a course without a refund if they display abusive behavior, harassment, persistent disruption, or conduct that violates our academic integrity.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protections

All educational content, exam strategy matrices, custom templates, essay-writing formulas, text handouts, and digital course resources provided to delegates during their training remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Bletchley Transformation Academy Ltd. Delegates are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for their individual exam preparation. Copying, distributing, recording, or reproducing BTA frameworks for commercial reuse or public dissemination is strictly prohibited and will trigger immediate legal action for copyright infringement.

8. Legal Right to Reside and Study

By ticking the registration check box and completing a purchase, you explicitly warrant that you possess the lawful right to reside, work, and study in the United Kingdom. BTA accepts no liability or regulatory responsibility for verifying immigration statuses and reserves the right to visually inspect a valid passport or visa framework on day one of classroom training strictly to ensure compliance with our internal quality assurance protocols.
