Consequently, delegates do not just practice rote memorisation. Instead, they build genuine verbal confidence through active boardroom simulations. Successful graduates of this track receive the BTA Completion Certificate (Professional Growth Pathway).

Course Objectives
Delivered as a balanced 6-week cohort model (2 hours per week) during weekday evenings (6pm to 8pm) or Saturday afternoons (2pm to 4pm), this track prioritizes active verbal immersion. By the conclusion of this 12-hour track, participants will be able to:
- Manage International Travel Logistics: Seamlessly execute essential check-in, transit, and hotel interactions with absolute conversational confidence.
- Deliver Polished Business Introductions: Initiate greetings, exchange professional credentials, and deploy core francophone corporate etiquette markers flawlessly.
- Conduct Foundational Commerce Exchanges: Confidently navigate financial transactions, handle billing coordinates, and manage commercial pricing models.
- Resolve Operational Friction Points: Politely yet directly communicate real-time customer service or logistics issues to francophone personnel without hesitation.
