I have had the pleasure of working with Mohammed on a recent SAP greenfield implementation at Stichd (PUMA Group). Mohammed was the training and change lead and was responsible for delivering the Train the trainer scope of the programme. I was impressed with his ability to communicate with all the different stakeholders within the business and also within the SAP functional teams. Thanks to his extensive background in SAP and in change he was able to create a detailed training and change strategy that was approved and signed off by the Project Management Office (PMO) team. I would have no hesitation in to hiring Mohammed again for any SAP or change roles.
