No formal academic degrees or background qualifications are strictly required to enrol in any of our tracks. We place a premium on real-world industry experience, professional acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence.

However, entrance guidelines are distinctly managed depending on whether you are entering our corporate enterprise streams or our professional upskilling tracks:

• Professional Growth Tracks (Language & Business Pathways): There are no prerequisites required for these courses. Programmes like our Foundation French for Business and The Amazon Publishing Masterclass are custom-built from the ground up for absolute beginners. Similarly, our GESE Conversational Accelerators require only a baseline conversational diagnostic speaking assessment with a BTA advisor to correctly calibrate your practical learning goals.
• BTI® Enterprise Transformation Tracks (Associate & Practitioner): These programmes are open to all project managers, business analysts, SAP consultants, and transformation professionals. While no degree is required, a foundational understanding of standard corporate workflows (such as Procure-to-Pay or Record-to-Report) is highly advantageous. 
• BTI® Executive Specialist Immersions: To maintain an elite, peer-to-peer executive environment, delegates on these 3-day strategic tracks are highly recommended to have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive corporate experience in project environments, financial tracking, or change leadership roles.
