They focus on rapid technical translation, daily operational tasks, and overcoming initial tool-overwhelm.
- BTI® Practitioner (8-Hour Masterclasses): Tailored exclusively for established, mid-to-senior level transformation leads, process architects, and project managers. Bypassing foundational theory entirely, these intensive 1-day sessions require delegates to actively engineer operational execution collateral—such as Level 3 Functional Process Decomposition Matrices or Lean Value-Stream Profiles. This tier culminates in an individual, 1-on-1 institutional audit of the delegate’s completed strategy playbook to formally award Practitioner status.
- BTI® Executive Specialist (21-Hour Immersions): The pinnacle credential within our licensed framework, strictly restricted to senior corporate leadership, financial guardians, and risk compliance architects. Delivered as intensive 3-day boardroom programmes, executives must actively construct and defend enterprise-grade capital allocations, data pipelines, or corporate governance models, culminating in a formal panel review to secure their status.
